"I had a service technician come out to diagnose my refrigerator 3 weeks ago. The part needed to be ordered, and after paying for the part, I scheduled the repair for 7 days after the initial diagnosis. The repairman did not show during the scheduled time, and I was called the next day to reschedule. I scheduled it for 8 days after that. The day before my second appointment, I was called, and asked to reschedule again. I requested to speak with a manager regarding the multiple reschedules. I was told I would hear back from one. The next appointment was scheduled for 7 days later. I called 5 days later as I had not heard from a manager. I was told I would be called back. On the day of the next appointment I was called and told that they would need to reschedule again. I have still not heard from a manager."

He communicated clearly and if there were any changes along the way he made sure we were aware of what needed to be done and why. He did an excellent job and turned a dull old bath into a sleek/modern luxury bath. The space was small so he helped me realize my vision of what I wanted the bathroom to be.
