There was a slight miscommunication regarding starting and stopping times for the project but we discussed things at length and came to an equitable agreement. Mr. Franco is very accommodating and reviewed his assistantâ s work carefully. He also ensured that I was satisfied. Overall, Iâ m very pleased with the results.

Warning.. this guy is a crook and takes advantage of elderly people. My mom hired him to do some work and within 48 hours she called and texted him to cancel the job. To make matters worse he requested a $7,500 upfront deposit to buy the materials which were way over the amount to secure a job. And when we asked him to refund the money he said he already placed an order for the lumber and custom door. Which we all know is delayed due to supply chain issues and you can not get a custom sliding door in 2 days. Be warned this guy is unethical and untrustworthy.

"This is defamation and disheartening that I have to implore a bad review like this. I just want to comment that this is probably the only bad review I have had out of hundreds. Let me comment that the person that made this review was not the person who signed the contract or requested the work to be done. This person was not in the picture until making this review. (Several months after original contact) I did my due diligence going out to the job site over 13 times working also with the architect who also got nowhere with this Client. Each time I went out there the project would change, and there was no clarity on this project from the star."

It became apparent during out initial conversations that Mitch wanted to provide good service and do quality work, which is what they did. They used quality materials and did a really nice job replacing dry rotted fascia on my townhome. You can probably find someone cheaper, but if you want quality work it will probably be hard to get. I would hire them again.

I had a number of projects that had been piling up over the years and I contracted with Franco Handyman Services and got them all done over the course of 2 days. I have work ranging from drywall repair, new mailbox and post, new door locks, security camera installation...and the list goes on. They stayed late to get everything done, they cleaned up after themselves as well as taking old mailbox away, this includes digging out old cement holding in post, I couldn't have asked for better work, my husband and I are extremely pleased and we would use them again.
