We hired them to clean our chimney and the drier vent. I don’t know when the previous owners had last had this done, but the drier was barely working and I was afraid to test the chimney. Since the work was done, we have noticed a big improvement with the drier. The chimney also works now. However, the workman charged me over double the originally quoted price, due to the condition of the vent and chimney.

Good job but overcharged for putting a standard chimney cap. They also gave me a quote to get my chimney cleaned for $500. I got my entire house deep cleaned for $150 and they expect me to pay $500 for getting the chimney cleaned.

Came quickly, even early for appointment. Done quickly and very pleasantly. Would hire again if needed.

Nathan did a great job of explaining what the issues were and what he was doing. One thing was that the initial range of how much the service would cost was drastically lower ($300-$400) than what it actually ended up costing ($800). Because they charge to come out and take a look, I figured I should go ahead with them anyway instead of getting another quote. They took a little over an hour to do the job. The other thing was the soot. I was made aware that there would be some, however, when he left, I later realized there was a fine layer of soot over everything within about 10 feet of the chimney. Had I known that would happen I would have covered up some stuff. Other than that, Nathan did put down a tarp in front of the hearth and vacuumed up before he left.

They did a fantastic job cleaning and inspecting our Chimney and Franklin stove. The team took a lot of care explaining what they were going to do and things they recommended to be fixed. I am glad I went with them and will be calling them annually to handle my chimney cleaning needs!
