"It went fine.  Three guys installed it in 3 hours.  They took care to lay tarps so my white carpeting would remain white.  They showed me how to use the fireplace insert and gave me tips about wood.

"Nasir did a great job! The service was very easy and quick to schedule and they communicated with us throughout. "Good job but overcharged for putting a standard chimney cap. They also gave me a quote to get my chimney cleaned for $500. I got my entire house deep cleaned for $150 and they expect me to pay $500 for getting the chimney cleaned."
