After discussing the project's requirements with Yoshiko, she offered to send a tech the next day to measure and quote the price and details of the job. Bryan showed up within the two-hour window and was honest and professional with my questions and how to remedy some difficult food, drink, and ink stains. We agreed the scope of work, and he performed the job as agreed. The truck mounted system is top of the line. There's no need to hook-up to your sink or outside water. We had to hire a local carpet cleaner who did a much better job. I was so disappointed with this service. I usually do my homework before hiring someone but in this case, I trusted Angis website to hire this team. I will NOT be using Angis site in the future."
