"It went fine.  Three guys installed it in 3 hours.  They took care to lay tarps so my white carpeting would remain white.  They showed me how to use the fireplace insert and gave me tips about wood.

"They were very careful indoors water blasting the fireplace facade, nothing else got wet. But the blast is of limited power and could not get dark smoke stains out of limestone. Water blasting of entry walk pavers (also limestone) left them cleaner but not restored. OK with me but not what people might bellowing for as cleaning. Owner is very attentive and fair."

"Nasir did a great job! The service was very easy and quick to schedule and they communicated with us throughout. The fireplace had never been cleaned before and is now spotless with no residual smokey smell. "Good job but overcharged for putting a standard chimney cap. They also gave me a quote to get my chimney cleaned for $500. I got my entire house deep cleaned for $150 and they expect me to pay $500 for getting the chimney cleaned."
