"We suffered water damage to the hickory floor in our home after the storms of January & February 2023. We contacted Clark’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. for help. We were very happy with Clark’s through all phases of refinishing, from the initial estimate through job completion. Their estimate was significantly lower than a competitor’s bid, their office staff was delightful to deal with, and their refinishing crew was superb. Our refinishing crew was Jorge (lead) and Nidiro. Jorge let us know exactly what to expect and when, which helped us plan our own activities around the job. They used the “atomic dust-free system” to sand off the old finish. It really was dust free! They were thorough and meticulous in everything they did. And, although the old finish was removed completely along baseboards and in every nook and cranny, our baseboards were not even nicked! Every flaw in the floor was meticulously addressed. These guys were excellent craftsmen! Because we had had issues in front of the kitchen sink, at Larry Moreno’s suggestion the new finish was completed with Traffic Commercial Grade polyurethane. The result was stunning! Our hickory floor looks better than ever before! We are thrilled with the results! All our interactions with Clark’s have been excellent! We recommend them highly!"

He also refinished over 350 sq ft of original oak flooring in our living room and replaced some damaged oak flooring in the hallway. Everything turned out great with the refinished flooring blending in perfectly with existing floors."

"Dom did a superb job on both carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing. He was very responsive to our calls/texts and explained exactly what was to be done every step of the way. The owner of DG Flooring, Dom was on site each day, working diligently alongside or independent of his employees. His work was professional, thorough, and completed in a timely fashion (6 consecutive days). His focus was on our project alone, so he didn’t “disappear” to attend to some other project. He even requested to work, and we allowed, into the early evening and on the weekend in order to complete the project by the agreed upon deadline. He was very accommodating to our needs, trying as much as possible not to create any inconveniences. He and his crew were very respectful and very hard working. His pricing was reasonable and came in as he had estimated. He moved furniture at no additional cost.
