"The job included prepping and painting my 1400 sq ft home and picket fence. It also included demo-ing the old window boxes that were structurally built into the walls, and custom-building new ones. In addition, a garden shed that had been built onto the back of my home was also demolished. Ivan was great to work with - very collaborative and responsive and has a good eye for esthetics. The work was exceptionally high quality. The team shows up early and works hard. It was also super-convenient that Ivan is licensed in carpentry as I didn't have to deal with custom window-boxes as a separate project. Last note is that as a single woman, it is important to me to feel comfortable with the people around my home. Ivan's team, including his wife who is often onsite, are so friendly and always respectful. They will be my go-to for all future projects."

"Needed to have our roof replaced. Lifetime Roofing is great! Gui from Lifetime stopped by the same day I called in for an estimate, and he was able to get us a very competitive price. Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! Overall, a wonderful experience."

"Pete (the owner) and his roofing crew (Genaro, Alberto, Pedro) were great! Pete replied promptly to my initial inquiry and came out right away to look at the roof. Following that, it took somewhat longer than I had hoped to get an initial bid and to actually start the job, but his bid turned out to be lower than the others, and I could see that the delay was for the right reason -- Pete always prioritizes the roof he's already working on to make sure it's done well and as quickly as possible, so a house doesn't stay unprotected for longer than necessary. Once they finally finished earlier projects and started working on our roof, they were 100% on task from start to finish. They are a small company and ours was a complex, 4000+ square foot roof that required ordering special materials along the way, so it took about a month to complete the job with 3 guys working 40 hours per week. However, I really appreciated the way they always started promptly on time each day and worked closely with my wife and I throughout the entire process to make sure work was being done exactly as we (and the City's historic rules) needed it done. Pete and his crew were friendly and very accommodating of special requests related to the historic peculiarities of our house, skylights, neighbor's concerns about parking, etc. Many parts of the roof required creative, on-the-fly problem solving, due to the non-standard construction of our 1800's house. Genaro, especially, was great at innovative problem solving and did beautiful work, but everyone on the team was super dedicated, hard working, and skilled. We have already had one heavy downpour since the new roof went on, and not a single drop got through! I can confidently recommend Positive Results Roofing if you are looking for a small, personable company that is licensed and bonded and does quality roof replacements or repairs for a reasonable price."

Sagi (project manager) from Apollo came to my house on Christmas Eve, performed a very thorough inspection and sent the report and quote a few days later. I did a ton of researches, thinking of installing the solar panels in the future. I asked the contractors to send me a quote for a full roof replacement. They all took the time to explain the various roofing methods and materials, price is very competitive. Apollo quote was not the cheapest one, but I liked Apollo payment method: No down payment, payment was splitted into 4 payments. "The job was a bit complicated and they did a pretty good job. The project manager was very intent to please, but time wise it was a small Desaster. Promises were not kept and it ended up taking almost a week longer than intended. Precautions were not taken to protect property from unexpected rain. In the end it turned out okay and I received a discount for the trouble. I didn’t come away unhappy!"
