The part needed to be ordered, and after paying for the part, I scheduled the repair for 7 days after the initial diagnosis. The repairman did not show during the scheduled time, and I was called the next day to reschedule. I scheduled it for 8 days after that. The day before my second appointment, I was called, and asked to reschedule again. I requested to speak with a manager regarding the multiple reschedules. I was told I would hear back from one. The next appointment was scheduled for 7 days later. I called 5 days later as I had not heard from a manager. I was told I would be called back. On the day of the next appointment I was called and told that they would need to reschedule again. I have still not heard from a manager."
