"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"Sent email through anigies list site, he called right away on a Sunday night - tried to help me fix my thermostat since it was only a year 1/2 old but we could not.  Did tell me he had a job in san diego that week.  since it was nothing major decided to wait since the reviews were good and he seemed honest.  finally was able to pick a good day, called letting me know he was on his way, showed up and first looked at my thermostat but it was broke, replaced with new one right away.  Explained how it worked also checked my filters and let me know where I could buy replacement ones at a good price.  Was quick, very friendly and professional.  Also does electrical work which I need so I will be calling in the future.

"My a/c unit stopped working.  It was very hot.  I called several repair shops, and All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air was able to get someone out to look at it that same day.  The technician was very clean and courteous.  He performed a diagnostic on my a/c unit and gave me several options for repair and was able to do the repair work I chose that same day.  The technician was very thorough, and the office even followed up with me 2 day later to make sure I was satisfied.  This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced and I will definitely be using this company again."

"Vigen and his crew showed up on time , got right to work removing the old system which was completely hauled away in just over two hours . They ran new refrigerant lines in the attic on one of the hottest days of the year, then installed a new Trane high efficiency heat pump system and Trane thermostat. I thought the job would take two days but by 5 p.m. the work was done and we had cool air. Vigen performed the contracted work professionally and without any problems and we are very happy with the new system."

"Professional and honest to a fault as far as I experienced. His diagnosis are right on! He fixed both my AC and furnace and they are pretty aged. Had air flow issues with my air conditioning and everyone kept selling me freon to fix the issue. Joseph told me exactly what the problems were and fixed it once and for all. My furnace also had issues shutting itself off and he replaced some parts inside the furnace. Once fixed, the problem didn't resurface. He may dispute what everyone else has advised all along. I trusted his diagnosis and am very happy with his services. He texted or emailed the day before he came to confirm the appointment and was on time, very pleasant and explained the problem and issues which I always like to learn.
