"Orlando came out and took his time to diagnose the issue. The system had no freon in it. So he preformed all the appropriate checks for leaks. "Sent email through anigies list site, he called right away on a Sunday night - tried to help me fix my thermostat since it was only a year 1/2 old but we could not.  Did tell me he had a job in san diego that week.  since it was nothing major decided to wait since the reviews were good and he seemed honest.  finally was able to pick a good day, called letting me know he was on his way, showed up and first looked at my thermostat but it was broke, replaced with new one right away.  Explained how it worked also checked my filters and let me know where I could buy replacement ones at a good price.  Was quick, very friendly and professional.  Also does electrical work which I need so I will be calling in the future.

"The access panel on the unit was slightly bent as was the unit. Instead of repairing the installers taped it up with duct tape. The panel fell off and I had to call for another service man to come out and correct the problem. The second technician did a much better job."
