"Brian showed up on time and was very honest and friendly.  He performed the seasonal maintenance on our AC which was installed a few years ago by a different company.  I appreciate that he gave us an honest assessment of our system.  He was very thorough in what he did, going through each component.  We have a split air return system and the original installers had blocked off one side to meet the SEER rebate requirements, but makes the noise level a little louder.  I asked Brian if we should open up the 2nd side and he took the time to do an evaluation without charging us extra.
We were very happy with the service and price we got and feel we can trust Brian.  We'll be using Absolute Air from now on.

When he moved the dryer, he saw that there was a lot of lint in the body of the dryer (a fire hazard). Because he could access it, he cleaned it all out as well as the duct. The air flow is perfect. "Prior to me selecting Aaceâ s heating air conditioning &swamp cooler, I interview (3) other well know AC/heating company and as most knows the â deceptionâ is real! "I liked how informative they were regarding my situation, which was a musty smell coming from the AC system, and really appreciated the care they took removing the vent covers (required a little bit extra force). They cleaned my air vents, dryer vent and also used anti-microbial spray for a reasonable price. Entire job was completed within 2.5 hours. I only wish they would have mentioned before using the anti-microbial spray that all surfaces would need to be cleaned and any food items (like pet food) would need to be thrown away. If I had known that, I would have put things away so I didn't have to wash all the pet toys, water bowls, food dishes, etc. Other than that minor issue, I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others."
