"We purchased the big deal and everything went well with them.  They did a great job.  Our experience was fine but they were a bit pricey.  I hadn't expected to pay as much because we needed to have some additional work done.  We didn't just pay the $59; it was actually over $700 so that was very expensive.  They did the work on a house we've rented out so I wasn't even there when they came.  I got a phone call and he told me what part of the air conditioner was failing.  We needed to have a lot of work done and wasn't just the maintenance.  The technician was nice and everything but it was just really expensive.  The services were fine and I'm assuming they took take of what they said.  We did have them come out again to install a thermostat and the work on that was fine.  They responded quickly but I had to call again because they were supposed to send me an invoice which they never did.  When I used them again this summer to install a thermostat I had to ask again for a copy of the invoice from the previous year.  I think they were fine with punctuality."

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

"The access panel on the unit was slightly bent as was the unit. Instead of repairing the installers taped it up with duct tape. The panel fell off and I had to call for another service man to come out and correct the problem. The second technician did a much better job."
