Chris showed up on time & gave me a quote that I agreed to, so he got right to work. The work was done with no time wasted. I am satisfied with the work & expect no problems in the future. I can see myself using Chris in the future.

Chris called me within minutes of posting the request to install a pet door. He then followed up by text. An immediate quote was established. On the job day, Chris sent a courtesy on my way text, arrived at agreed time, quickly completed the task and used his expertise to work through a perceived challenge for installation.

Chris did it the right way, which was more difficult because he had to un-do the previous work. He was easy to work with and upfront about the costs involved. He is versatile and quite capable of handling many different kinds of jobs. I highly recommend Chris!

I advertised on Angie's List that I needed a wall mount installed in my daughter's house for a 55-inch TV. Christopher was the first to respond, stating that he has lots of experience and owns his own business. He quoted me a price of $65. He also says that he charges an extra $50 processing fee that he would waive if we gave him a five-star review. I stated that it would depend on his work; if he did a good job, I would have no problem giving him a great review. We confirmed the address he said he needed to make one stop at Home Depot, and would be there in 30 minutes. I said I would meet him there. He arrived at my daughter's house first. My daughter greeted him. I arrived shortly after. When I got there, he was standing on my daughter's dining room chair, reaching the wall, drilling holes. The only tool he brought was a small bag. It seemed kind of odd he didn't bring a stepladder at least and used my daughter's chair, but I didn't think much of it. He was talking a lot with my son-in-law about past work. I kept trying to get him to focus on the job at hand. It didn't seem like a difficult job to install a TV mount. We provided the TV mount, and he said that it came defective. The holes were not lining up to put the screws in. He suggested we return it to Target, we said we would, and it was just not meant to be, and that was going to be the end of it. He then tried different ways to get the holes aligned by readjusting the poles. He finally put two poles together, took it outside, banged it against the floor, came back in, and said I think I got it. I have dealt with lots of handymen and service men who come and install things in my home plenty of times, and never had an experience like this, someone rude, unprofessional, and unqualified. I feel like he knew what he did to the TV was his fault, which is why he immediately refunded the installation fee. He did not even attempt to try and resolve this issue.

Chris was professional and on time with the repairs. He was quick and the service provided was always top notch and of great quality. I was very satisfied with his services and would hire again should I need additional repairs

Christopher was the handyman I was looking for! He was respectful and courteous. Explained what he was going to do ahead of time and what the result would be so there would be no surprises. He even did a few things that he saw needed fixing and fixed them at no extra cost. I'm thrilled to have found him and won't use anyone else-Ever. Hire him and you'll be glad you did.
