"I purchased a deal with Liberty Plumbing, and within a day they had responded to offer me an appointment for one of the three dates I had requested.  I had a specific question about clearing my condensate line so I sent them a message and within the hour I received a response.  Very impressive!  The technician, Terry, called me at the start of the scheduled window of time to say he was on his way.  When he arrived he was very pleasant and professional, and listened to my concerns regarding an apparent clog in the condensate line. I've had two prior leaks in the past 18 months going not only into the wall from the floor in the attic, but travelling another floor below into the ceiling of my garage beneath my condo's living space.  Obviously the line had not been thoroughly cleared at my service call the year before before (by another company) and so that problem was never resolved. I can say that confidently because I use my a/c only when the temp rises above 92 for more than one day since my home stays fairly cool.  But we had relentless heat waves last summer and as a result of the unit routinely running for a few days I had another leak and had to discontinue using a/c until everything could dry out, which was really uncomfortable. Terry thoroughly cleaned my compressor outside and cleared the condensate line, and to ease my fears, he confirmed it by pouring water into the overflow line so I could listen to the water travel to the pipes under the bathroom sink.  Thank you, Liberty Plumbing!  I feel confident this has resolved the leak issue, and now I can stay on top of keeping the line clear. Excellent work, no additional fee's, and I will definitely use them in the future to keep everything in order.

"We have two identical 4 ton top of the line Lennox HVAC systems that are less than 4 years old installed by The General.  This was the second evaporator coil to fail since the original installation.  I went online to Angie's List to find someone other than The General to do the work as the charge for the coil in March 2016 was too much as always.  Blair Heating and Air has a top rating on Angie's List and I am so please that I called them as their work is excellent.  Their price was 20% less than I paid in March for the same work.  I have cancelled a maintenance contract with The General after 4 years and purchased a maintenance contract with Blair through Angie's List website.  I am very please with Angie's List ratings and regret that I had not checked 4 years ago and found Blair Heating and Air at that time.   "

"From the sales consultant, Glenn Smith, to the installers, everything was handled professionally and promptly.  Glenn took the time to explain all the details of converting our old and unnecessary dual systems into a more efficient and less costly comfort system, with zoning features and duct revisions.  There was no sales pressure and all questions were answered and even various independent financing options were provided.  Found him very frank and upfront in his presentation--rare these days. 

The price and warranty terms were much better than the leading outfit that advertises profusely in the desert--over 50% less expensive and longer labor and parts warranties.  Installation was scheduled promptly and service was impeccable.  One of their technicians spent time programming and explaining the high tech thermostats and even set us up for online monitoring of the system for the future.   Timo's followed up subsequently to insure smooth operations and to inquire of any issues or questions. They also coordinated an independent duct testing after installation as required by state law.

The system has been operating for over a  month now, switching automatically between heating and air conditioning.  It has been effortless, extremely quiet and very efficient.   The most noticeable aspect of the entire project is the consistency in temperatures now, with no annoying and uncomfortable degree lags and swings. The variable speeds and high efficiency maintains temperature control and reduces energy costs. We are very happy we made the switch and even more so that we chose this vendor out of the three we obtained bids from.

"The problem was resolved by cleaning a sensor for which they only charged me half hour labor. He also wrote me a letter when we filed with the licensing board. He suggested that I get a different type of connection from the gas. I wanted to give him some more business because he only charged me 50 bucks. So, I had him come out and do that. He showed up on time and didn?t jerk me around. He didn?t give me an inflated estimate and he did what he said he would do. I am pleased with him."

"The access panel on the unit was slightly bent as was the unit. Instead of repairing the installers taped it up with duct tape. The panel fell off and I had to call for another service man to come out and correct the problem. The second technician did a much better job."

There was high pressure sales involed which I succumbed into as the sales guys were saying that I had fiber damage in my ducting and since I have kids in the house they said that it was very crucial that I do the change now. It was my fault to not do any more pricing research hence I was a bit gouged."
