The technician, Steve, arrived on time and completed the hos bib replacement very quickly. During a test of the water system he found that the water valve was not operating properly. He quoted me a price to replace and determined that he had the correct parts with him and I authorized the work. It really helped that he could complete the job rather then re-scheduling another appointment. He flexibility and expertise in getting the repairs completely quickly saved having to tak more time off from work. I would definitely recommend Liberty to others.

"We were impressed with Jason’s presentation of the Mitsubishi system, and we really appreciated learning about the HERO program from him. We got a good estimate,ate for the work but were planning to do our roof repair first with adding solar and thought we would do this job after. Things worked out with that Jason got our work scheduled and done BEFORE the roof/solar which worked out because in Sept/Oct we still had some hot days, Thie crew was professional and extremely hard working, and poor guys, in hot weather, sweating in our attic/crawl space. Which they left with improvements! The system was up and running (2 downstairs units, 4 upstairs) in 6 working days. After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"

"Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge). "From 9:30 a.m. until very late that evening, a crew of four (4) guys, including Orlando himself, worked very diligently and respectfully (e.g., no bad language) at our house.  Mr. Hutchinson again evaluated the old and new systems and explained how the old system components were "over" sized, but that the original ducting was "under" sized.  I agreed with his suggestion to add an additional duct to both the kitchen and master bedroom.  The additional cost, to me, for this modification was very modest considering the additional materials and work they had to do.  And of course it lengthened the time necessary to complete the whole project.  But they stayed and worked very hard and late into the evening to get it all done!  
Mr. Hutchinson and his men placed our needs, as their customers, above their own that day.  And with the engineering solutions that Orlando added to our new system, our family can now enjoy a house that is 100% comfortable in the summer - for the first time time in 18 years!
