"The problem was resolved by cleaning a sensor for which they only charged me half hour labor. He also wrote me a letter when we filed with the licensing board. He suggested that I get a different type of connection from the gas. I wanted to give him some more business because he only charged me 50 bucks. So, I had him come out and do that. "Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.

They ran new refrigerant lines in the attic on one of the hottest days of the year, then installed a new Trane high efficiency heat pump system and Trane thermostat. "Professional and honest to a fault as far as I experienced. His diagnosis are right on! He fixed both my AC and furnace and they are pretty aged. Had air flow issues with my air conditioning and everyone kept selling me freon to fix the issue. Joseph told me exactly what the problems were and fixed it once and for all. My furnace also had issues shutting itself off and he replaced some parts inside the furnace. Once fixed, the problem didn't resurface. He may dispute what everyone else has advised all along.
