"Contacted company because of a leak which showed up after 5 days of rain. This was the only company that promptly returned our calls as the others were too busy dealing with the aftermath of the rains. We were informed up front that it would be weeks before they could get to us for repairs which was ok as the leak was minor and didn't cause any inside damage. Glenn Smoker, owner, came out for the estimate. He took many pictures of the leaking area and the entire roof where damage occurred because of golf balls. The job was completed several weeks later at which time he took more pictures of the completed job. It has since rained and as far as I can tell the leak is repaired and the new sky light didn't leak either. Glenn is professional and clearly understands his business. The only negative is that sometimes it took longer than I would like for them to return calls, forward estimates and pictures. I would use the company again and have recommended them to neighbors."
