The crew were great at doing the repairs, getting the job started early and completed in less than 1.5 days. They actually left the site cleaner than what they found it. Everything was covered around the workspace to prevent a mess, They brought a good sized trailer (instead of a roll-off) to collect the debris which means they were able to remove it quickly. If they had a yard-sign that I could post in front of the house, I would be proud to have it there. The new roof actually looks _better_ than when it was new

"I cannot recommend Express Roofing enough. I received 7 bids for my roof project included some highly rated companies. Express Roofing was the only company to provide me with photos and a video of my roof issues. They wrote out a very exact contract and were the only company to include fascia board and ply board for the areas of concern that they saw. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day and finished a large project in 4 days. This included both the shingle roof and 2 foam flat roofs. Jenna and Jeremy were at the house every day to provide me with photos AND drone footage to show the workmanship and progress each day which I received via email. They were patient with all of my endless questions and phone calls to follow up. The roof looks amazing! They painted the T tops a good color to match the roof and new shiny whirly birds. "First, the sales person was very persistent and overly pushy to get us to sign a contract for the roof, which after 3 hours we did. Second, we signed a contract indicating DaBella could decide when to do the job. I received a call out of nowhere a month later from a woman, who did not identify herself, asking me, "Were the materials delivered?" What? Who are you? What materials? I asked if she was from DaBella and she said no, she was the contractor doing the roof and wanted to start the next day. The materials had not been delivered and it took another week for the job to start. The subcontractor lead spoke English but when he wasn't there no one else did. He said the job would take 3 days. After 5 days the job was not done even though there were people working every day. I called a person from DaBella who had left me his card the day we signed the contract to find out what was going on. He gave me a name and phone number to contact who he said was the local office manager. I called that number several times and waited on hold for almost an hour and didn't get anyone to answer. Subsequent calls were either unanswered or picked up by a DaBella office in another state. They took a message and said someone in my home city would call. A week later the same thing and still no one from my city office ever called. During the construction time the only person who was ever any kind of help was the woman who had first contacted me representing the subcontractor. Even then the answers she gave me rarely turned out to be correct. I didn't blame her because she was only telling me what she had been told. The roof was finally finished after 7 days but there was still debris and left over supplies in the front and back yard for 2 more weeks. A hole had been made in the large aluminum patio cover when debris was dropped on it. That was fixed to our satisfaction. Overall I would NOT recommend this company in Phoenix, AZ. Considering all of the frustration and hassle I am not even sure the tile roof was done properly. There is a 10 year warranty on the materials and DaBella backs up the work for 2 years, so we'll see.

"Glenn and his crews did a great job replacing our 30 year old roofing. In all honestly, I contacted Glenn over a year ago and he provided me an estimate then for the roof. We saved our money and were able to move forward with the roofing project in May (over 1 year later). Glenn honored the original estimate (slight increase in price do to increased costs of shingles) and we went ahead and hired him and his staff. He originally thought our project would take about four days to complete. The crews showed up each day, worked about 10 hours a day, and had our roof completed in three days.
