"Wonderful! Look no more: You have found a triple licensed (general, electrical and plumbing) builder who keeps on budget, has great aesthetic taste, is creative and keeps to his schedule AND he sends in a professional cleaning crew at the end of the job! What contractor does THAT? We have already hired him for two more jobs, one at our 2nd home in Sedona and for a remodel of a condo our son just bought. In between our neighbors hired Vicente for a bathroom remodel at our recommendation. They have already told me they are thrilled with hiswork. Book LEAN Construction as soon as you finish reading this...this 3 year old firm will be booked up very soon. You have found your contractor!"

"We want to thank Kirk Development Company for helping us make our master bathroom remodel a reality. After planning and saving for five years, it has appeared as we envisioned it. We are very much enjoying it! Special thanks to Devin Kempster, designer/estimator, who listened to us and guided us through making a zillion choices of materials and fixtures. She was consistently checking with us as we moved through the remodeling process sharing many tips along the way. She is the one who caused us to select Kirk due to her professionalism and personna upon a first impression, even before we had estimates from three different companies. Actually, Kirk came in at slightly over $2,000 of the figure which we had given her, and we had figured in 10% more for safety anyway. Also, special thanks to Jim Graham, our superintendent, who kept in communication with us through calls and texts, informing us who and what would be appearing and happening throughout the entire process. Always responsive to us, when the work was not to our standards, sub-contractors were called back to correct and re-do it. Jim is greatly concerned about the satisfaction of the customers and the quality of the work. We were pleased with the plumbers, cabinet guys, tile guys, countertop guys and carpet guys. We were impressed with their craftsmanship, something only possible by training, experience and talent. We appreciated the electricians returning and assisting us with several electrical situations not included but influenced by the remodel. We also appreciated the quality of the shower doors. We believe that Kirk is successful because of their personnel and communication with customers and within the company, which is challenging with so many contributing to the finished product which changes with each project. Truly, Kirk can say, "We take care of our customers" and "We'll make it good." We received what we were promised or informed if it was not possible. Actually, we received more. That is service. We couldn't have done it without you! Chuck and Stephanie Thompson"

"Renotight was absolutely wonderful to work with! I have done a lot of projects with contractors and these guys are so on top of things. They let you know exactly when they will be there. Change orders are done before work progresses, and they are done in an extremely timely fashion. It is very rare that you find contractors of this quality and never any surprises! I also found their pricing to be competitive! Strongly recommend this company!"

"We’re extremely satisfied with Framous Brothers’ work converting our screened-in patio into a studio for my wife’s esthetics business, Sunrise Esthetics, LLC. Owner Henry Eiland kept us informed every step and clearly cared about the outcome. What stood out was his integrity: partway through, Henry’s own home burned down, yet he stayed committed to finishing the job right — even absorbing an extra $5,000–$6,000 in unscoped plumbing and electrical costs rather than passing it on. We returned the discount he’d offered once we saw what he’d taken on. Final result: a beautifully finished studio for around $14,000 — thousands less than other quotes. Highly recommend."

"Even better than expected... Bill came to measure, design and consult on first trip (30 minutes onsite) and then picked up and paid for materials en route to the job and finally performed the work in half the time we had expected it might take. All with no deposit in advance, we cheerfully wrote check for less than expected."

"As a Realtor, I come into contact with a lot of contractors. Most never answer their phones or take forever to return your calls. Tamara and Regal Bath & Kitchens are the exceptions! Tamara with Regal Bath & Kitchens was amazing to work with, we had both bathrooms remodeled as well as kitchen countertops replaced and new flooring installed. All while we were out of town prior to moving in which increased our stress level as we had to find contractors we could trust to come and go into our vacant home to get the job done "unsupervised". Tamara made this easy and stress-free for us. She worked with my wife and me at every step in the process and made sure we were happy. When there was an issue (as there always is in construction) Tamara was fast to communicate the issue and often provided solutions that we would never have thought of ourselves. Tamara and Regal are professional and do quality work, we will always use Regal in the future! Thank you, Tamara and Team, for all your hard work!"
