I found Moon Valley and spoke to Benjamin who told me that he would come by and give me a free estimate. He was on time and took pictures of what was on top of my patio. I could see why the rain wasn't able to drain. My husband and i accepted the reasonable price. It took him awhile because it was pretty bad.
