His phone couldn't receive pictures through the Angi app, he had no ability to be paid in anything other than cash, he was hours late, and he consistently ignored my questions/requests. Most importantly, he tried to pretend that I agreed to have him only spray when the job description clearly says weed removal, and then tried to charge me $200 for 40min of spraying and didn't remove a single weed. I agreed to remove weeds and spray, and then he tried to give me a sob story about living an hour away. I ended removing the weeds myself (after he sprayed herbicide). This person is clearly is lazy."
