Glenn and his roofing team were excellent to work with from start to finish. Everyday, the team was very respectful and took great care to keep the work area clean and professional. Glenn took the time to explain the starting and ending conditions complete with many pictures. Glenn’s pricing was the best of the three quotes that I had received. I highly recommend Above and Beyond Roofing!

After first day he told me he was done with the job and I reminded him that the fascia and trim was part of the job. Was told it was not, but I had the estimate that stated such. We were never sure when he was going to arrive, as there was not a lot of punctuality or communication relating to arrival and departure. Job should have required an assistant for the long boards and there was none. Causing pots to be broken and plants destroyed. Additionally boards were not cut correctly and split when nails were pounded in. Ultimately too much putty was used to repair these splits and likely will need repair/replacement much sooner due to this. The metal trim does not match the original either. That will have to be painted, which the paint may or may not adhere to the metal. The website states that cash, check and credit is accepted. There was nothing on the estimate to state otherwise and when I asked for a cash discount the answer was no. Ok, then was told I owed more when I asked for an invoice so I could pay by credit card. It's the cost of doing business, especially if you don't have anything different stated on estimate or website. My husband could have done the same quality or better quality work for the price we paid. Would definitely rehire. Maybe the crew does a better job?

Responded promptly to my call requesting them to evaluate my roof where the leaks were and to provide me an estimate of what the repairs would be and the costs. Their estimate was competitive compared to several others. They discussed the repairs and estimate with me in detail, and in writing so that we knew exactly what the work would entail, and what the costs would be. They were friendly and easy to work with. They were able to start the work on time per the schedule we agreed to. They worked without interfering with anything else going on at my home. In addition, they did a good job cleaning up all of the materials from around my house. There was nothing for me to do. They were friendly and communicated during the entire time of the repair. Work was completed as described in the estimate. Hasn't rained hard yet. Expect no problems. Friendly & professional. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Glenn and his crews did a great job replacing our 30 year old roofing. In all honestly, I contacted Glenn over a year ago and he provided me an estimate then for the roof. We saved our money and were able to move forward with the roofing project in May (over 1 year later). Glenn honored the original estimate (slight increase in price do to increased costs of shingles) and we went ahead and hired him and his staff. He originally thought our project would take about four days to complete. The crews showed up each day, worked about 10 hours a day, and had our roof completed in three days. Great price, great customer service, and the final product we love! I would definitely use Above and Beyond Roofing if you are looking for a good contractor to repair your roof.

On Punctuality the guy who did the work was always on time and worked all day told Mr. Smoker, looking for a light/White tile , out of the three choices, none of them had anything, so now I have a tannish color BUT what really burns me at the end after I Promptly payed the bill ,couldn't figure why an extra $ 639 was added , had to asked for more detailed invoice, OH there it was extra material which I guess Mr. smoker didn't feel was necessary to talk to me about, SURPRIZE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

They responded very quickly and was reasonably priced. I even called and asked some additional questions since the home is occupied by tenants. All my questions were answered and they worked very well with my tenants. The work was completed without any issues. I highly recommend.

They did a good job. Sometimes the crew did not show up when expected. But the job was done well. I had one problem with a vent from the furnace. The owner came to the house and personally fixed the problem.

Don't hire just any roofer Trying to hire a quality roofing company takes time. Between phone calls, meetings, research, and quotes, a lot of your valuable time is taken away. When my roof started leaking, I made exhaustive phone calls, researched reporting bureau's, contacted Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and spoke with a dozen contractors. I was so glad, after all my hard work I came across Glenn, with "Above and Beyond Roofing" My experience with "Above and Beyond" Roofing was exceptional, from my estimate to the completion of the job. Glenn was professional in every sense of the word. Glenn came out to my residence, gave my roof a thorough inspection, and provided me with photos and a written estimate of the work that needed to be completed. I had several other estimates however, "Above and Beyond" was the only roofing Company that took the time to answer all my questions, provide a thorough and complete diagnosis of the issues with my roof, and work with my schedule to get the job done. I highly recommend "Above and Beyond" if you want quality craftsmanship for your roofing project.

This company was fabulous. They returned my original call the same day and visited the jobsite within the same week. I received a detailed estimate including photos within a few days by way of email. I had several follow-up questions, all of which were answered quickly. They were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Glenn gave a really fair estimate for the repairs along with options to save a few bucks. We agreed to have the work done and the repairs were done completely and on time. We were very pleased with the work he and his crew did and will definitely use him again (and in fact are in fact using him for a new house we just bought that needs significant repairs and upgrades).

I originally called them for a leak. Upon inspection the leak was located, but there were many other places requiring immediate repair and other areas which would need repair in a couple of years. Glenn provided an estimate for the repairs and came back at my request to estimate redoing the roof after we discussed the pros/cons of repair vs reroofing given the condition of the roof. He provided two estimates for the reroof: 1) reroof the house and two garages and 2) reroof the house and repair the garages. I opted for number 2. While reroofing was more expensive than repair, it would give me peace of mind when it rains in the future.
I was very happy with the work that was done and the professionalism of Glenn and his crew. They used quality materials and did what they said they'd do (as far as I can tell). They started and finished when they said they would. They warranty their work.
I would recommend them.

Contacted company because of a leak which showed up after 5 days of rain. This was the only company that promptly returned our calls as the others were too busy dealing with the aftermath of the rains. We were informed up front that it would be weeks before they could get to us for repairs which was ok as the leak was minor and didn't cause any inside damage. Glenn Smoker, owner, came out for the estimate. He took many pictures of the leaking area and the entire roof where damage occurred because of golf balls. The job was completed several weeks later at which time he took more pictures of the completed job. It has since rained and as far as I can tell the leak is repaired and the new sky light didn't leak either. Glenn is professional and clearly understands his business. The only negative is that sometimes it took longer than I would like for them to return calls, forward estimates and pictures. I would use the company again and have recommended them to neighbors.

Glen Stover, owner of Above and Beyond, went "above and beyond" to insure that our roof was installed correctly. We had some minor miscommunications, but Glen was always available to solve the issues. The crew were professional and easy to communicate with while on the job. We had a new pool installed days before the roof. My major concern was that no roofing materials or debris ended up in the pool. The pool was in close proximity to the roofing job. They listened to my concerns and we had a clean pool. Also, we have had the roof on for four months now and are quite happy with the installation. We like the way the roof looks from the street. They did a great job in getting a pleasing design with the tiles. I have recommended this company and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
