Went way above what was promised

Billy McGavin completed a repair to our tile roof in early 2023. After finding another area in an eave in which the plywood was damaged from previous rains, I asked Billy to give me an estimate for the repair, which he did. Because our original felt paper was 21 years old and the fact that this would be my second repair, I asked what the replacement cost would be to replace all the felt paper. He quoted me a very competitive price to which I gave my okay and the work was scheduled within a week. His crew delivered all the needed materials, inclusive of the 40 pound felt paper. The laborers started on Friday, May 31st and finished on Sunday, June 2nd. These gentlemen work hard continuously and they clean up after each day. The final clean up was met with attention to detail. They provided photos of the stages of work as well as of the completed efforts. I had also requested a new coat application for the flat roof over our patio and that was done to perfection. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the exemplary conduct of the crew. Wow- just wow!!!!- I am so impressed with this company. We just had a foam roof installed, the service was awesome. They did exactly what they said they would do, showed up on time, answered all my questions, answered my text msgs immediately. My A/C blew a fuse during roof installation - thinking my A/C had just been turned off during installation (since it's up on the roof) I didn't say anything till close to 5pm -this company had a team to me in 45 minutes -fixed the fuse issue in a matter of minutes. The new roof looks wonderful and I am excited to move forward leak free! This company also gave me confidence in my future knowing I can contact them any time if any issues arise. We will also be using them to paint in the next couple of months. Pricing is affordable for roofing and painting and service is impeccable ! Thank you Bill and crew!

We just had Bill and his workers replace the entire underlayment of our 25-year old tile roof: lift & stack existing tile, replace rotten plywood, install new flashing & wood battens. Started when he said he would & completed the project in under 3 days! Hard-working, friendly crew & we would highly recommend!

The crew was respectful and professional. They started the project on time and finished early. That crew worked hard, stayed late and took only one break. I checked the materials out before they started and they were exactly what was promised. When they were finished the owner, Billy, came out to check the job. He pointed out something he thought I wouldn't like and said they'd have someone out to fix it next week. And it wasn't anything that was actually done wrong. It was so nice to have a big job like that done without any headaches.

They all did an excellent job. Even took into consideration our neighbors by covering their cars when needed. Would definitely recommend.
