"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"All in One Carpet, Tile and Upholstery Cleaning came out to clean my 4 rooms last week. They were very punctual and professional! They explained to me the process and gave me tips on how to keep my carpet looking clean. I was very impressed with their knowledge and how helpful they were. I have a toddler and a dog so my carpets were looking rough. Once they finished, I couldn't believe how brand new my carpets looked. It's been a week now and they still look great. I will be using them again and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends. I have used other carpet companies in the past but felt like they just wanted to get in and out. "I have used this company before. Their process does not soak the carpet - it is dry within an hour and the carpets are clean.
We had an area with significant cat urine odor. They used their deodorizer but explained that  their process does not get down to the pad, so if urine has penetrated the pad, steam cleaning should be used.  They also gave me advice about how to have a small wool area rug cleaned. 
They worked quickly and efficiently and asked me to call them if there were any problems that arose. 
I appreciated their professionalism and honesty about the services they can provide and their willingness to recommend others when needed. 
I will certainly use them again.

"Paul and his helper came by on a Friday afternoon to look at a small Persian hand tied rug, a 8x11 Kaleem reversible rug and an 8x10 tufted wool area rug, and give me an estimate.  Estimates were reasonable, so Paul & helper took the rugs for cleaning. Paul was extremely professional (and personable), writing up an estimate and explaining the procedure of washing the rugs on Wednesdays while returning them on Fridays.  Paul also supplied estimates on new pads for the rugs; and showed me a sample of the pad (which are way softer than what was under the rugs!).  They took the rugs on a Friday.
I called Paul on Thursday of the next week, as we were having our tile floors cleaned on Friday when he was scheduled to bring the rugs back.  Before I could ask, Paul said that he wouldn't bring them on Friday, but could bring them Saturday; so the floors would have time to completely dry.  We tentatively agreed to have him deliver the rugs on Saturday; and it all happened.
The rugs look absolutely fantastic! The new pad under each of the rugs make them feel more like walking on cushioned carpet.  Clean tile and clean rugs makes our living and dining room areas look brand new! Paul also gave us advice on how to care for the rugs (now clean); and when major cleaning would be needed again (in 5-7 years, depending on usage).
I'll be recommending Paul to all my friends and neighbors who need to get oriental and other area rugs cleaned.  Thanks, Paul!
