"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

They explained to me the process and gave me tips on how to keep my carpet looking clean. I was very impressed with their knowledge and how helpful they were. I have a toddler and a dog so my carpets were looking rough. Once they finished, I couldn't believe how brand new my carpets looked. It's been a week now and they still look great. "I have used this company before. Their process does not soak the carpet - it is dry within an hour and the carpets are clean.
We had an area with significant cat urine odor. They used their deodorizer but explained that  their process does not get down to the pad, so if urine has penetrated the pad, steam cleaning should be used.  They also gave me advice about how to have a small wool area rug cleaned. 
They worked quickly and efficiently and asked me to call them if there were any problems that arose. 
I appreciated their professionalism and honesty about the services they can provide and their willingness to recommend others when needed.

"This rug was not cleaned since we purchased it in China in 2007. In addition to normal dirt accumulation, ink had been spilled on it and our dog urinated on it a number of times. They got it cleaner than we could have hoped for! Excellent job. Also noted that the pad was contaminated from dog and got us a new one."
