After agreeing to a price, I was charged on the 14th of May and waited. It is now over 3 months later and I am still waiting. I have tried contacting the company by phone, to either get a status report or a completion date and have not heard back. It is a black hole.

It was surprisingly very very good! I talked to Michelle and she was such a pleasure to talk to every time we spoke on the phone. The job they did was excellent! The only thing I would say is if you are on a time constraint to get that down in writing because she's an extremely busy woman. It was a very difficult job, shortening a sleeve with zippers, and a lot of tailors won't shorten sleeves with zippers, but it was no problem for Michelle.

Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here).

I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business

i have been going to Bills (proprietor) leather cleaners for over ten years. Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods. i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT. Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new. Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else.

The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine.

I had been frustrated with local leather cleaners, and looked him up on Angies List. It took awhile to work out the logistics of getting the stuff to California from Wisconsin, but I'm extremely glad we did! It took a long time to get the items back: he explained, via email, that the purses had to be stripped and redid. My jacket was a mess, with white pain stains, rough spots, and fading. It looks absolutely brand new. It's nice to find someone who practices as well as preaches excellence. Strongly recommended.

Although I live in Alaska, Premium Leather helped me solve a cleaning problem with my ultra suede couch. Mailing leather items to repair, dye or clean is a wonderful solution for people who live in an area where no leather cleaners exist. I highly recommend premium leather

two servicemen came, did a great job. I found more ink, one returned a second time, fixed problem. They took their time, were very careful with very expensive chairs. I'm happy with their work, just felt it was a bit expensive.
