"Platinum Elite Steam Cleaning was very prompt, professional, and affordable. We had two area rugs, a mattress, and two sofas cleaned. We are very satisfied with how clean and fresh everything came out."

"Marty was professional and efficient. He cleaned our microfiber sectional, one we had previously had cleaned by another firm. We were very unhappy with the results from that firm. Marty did an excellent job!! He repaired the mess they had made and it looks brand new. He also did some spot carpet cleaning, and even cleaned my husband's golf cart seat!! We highly recommend him."

"Philemon went over and beyond the call of duty. He was meticulously careful to clean every section of the two carpeted rooms and small hallway that he could reach and even cleaned the baseboards. His attention to detail was very impressive."

"They were very thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and sectional couch. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others."

"It was an excellent choice to have them cleaned. They were recommended to us by a rug store. We spent $250. For what they do their price was OK. We negotiated with them."

"He was just going to clean around everything and I asked him to pull some things up and move some furniture, which he did."

"The two men were punctual , friendly and professional . There was a glitch in that their vacuum after applying shampoo was not working , there it took long than normal to clean moletecthe job . My only complaints my is it took literally days for the carpet and upholstery to dry ,, I believe this was because of the faulty vacuum"
