Their estimate seemed reasonable so I hired them - they said they would be at my home between 9 and 10AM - Hal (owner) and Richie (sp?) arrived at 9:10 AM - Richie started working while Hal left to do another estimate. I had a lot of bad traffic patterns and one spotty place in the living room - Hal made it clear that these areas may not turn out "totally clean" - I understood the limitations of the process and hoped for the best.
