Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Their estimate seemed reasonable so I hired them - they said they would be at my home between 9 and 10AM - Hal (owner) and Richie (sp?) arrived at 9:10 AM - Richie started working while Hal left to do another estimate. I had a lot of bad traffic patterns and one spotty place in the living room - Hal made it clear that these areas may not turn out "totally clean" - I understood the limitations of the process and hoped for the best. To my great satisfaction, these areas turned out better than expected. Hal and Richie are friendly and efficient. The cost of three rooms and a hallway was $110.
