They had the new water line installed within a day including digging the trenches. A form of blue PVC line was used instead of copper. My only concern is I would have liked to have been presented with an option. I have since tried to get them to provide and estimate on some additional repairs - with no return phone calls. I called and spoke with the secretary approximately six times over a 2-3 week period and never received a return phone call from anyone. I trusted their work and repairs and felt their pricing was fair, however, they gave me no option but to chose a different contractor for further repairs since they never called back. I am very surprised because in the past they were very responsive. I am very sorry to say I would not use them again at this point."
