"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Company representative was very responsive and prompt in getting back to us with a quote and appointment date.  Service technician arrived on time, was friendly, courteous , and a organized.  He managed to get the job done and the rooms back in place within the allotted time frame quoted.  A well done job.

"I told him, I don't remember his name unfortunately, that I wanted to have the master and one of the other bedrooms cleaned. I also wanted to have special attention paid to the closet on the small bedroom and have that cleaned extra well if possible; it smelled like cat urine to me. He was very nice and did as I asked. For an extra $30 he also scotchgarded the carpets for me. I asked if he did tile too and what it would cost. I recall him stating that he does clean tile, but not the price quoted. Even so, he still gave me some pointers on keeping the tile clean in between cleanings and a magnetic card. Would I call this company back? Absolutely!

"Originally I posted a complaint to Angie's list that the company did not follow-up to make an appointment after I paid for a special cost deal through Angie's List for sofa cleaning.  After my complaint we found there was a misscommunication and the Owner of Next Level called us, set up an appointment for the next day. After speaking with the Owner and finding through discussion that he was knowledgeable and experienced in the company's work, we decided to book an appointment to have our Travertine floors cleaned and polished.  The sofa cleaning was thorough and done well.  The floor cleaning was done fairly well; the crew had trouble with the cleaning equipment and they called the Owner.  The Owner, Kipp came out to our house in Anthem from Queen Creek and assessed the equipment situation and further checked the work that his crew performed. Kipp was not satisfied with the grout cleanliness and arranged to have his crew come back on another day to go back and re-do their work to use special cleaning brushes on the grout to ensure that it looked like new and they also re-polished all other ares of the floors while redoing/polishing the areas around the grout lines.  Our floors look like new and we are very satisfied with the work . We would recommend Kipp and his crew and would call them again for future upholstery, carpet and floor cleaning."

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can clean your air conditioner filter as a temporary fix for cleaning up dirt, but you’ll eventually need to replace it once the dust starts to accumulate. Use a vacuum with a hose attachment to clean your air filter at least once per year or more often if you have pets.

Always turn off the power to your HVAC system before you remove the front cover to replace the air filter. If there isn’t an off switch, turn it off at the circuit breaker box. This prevents the risk of electric shock and stops unfiltered air from passing through the ductwork while the thermostat is running.

How often you change your air filter depends on your home and lifestyle. Things like how many people are in your home, pets, the season, the size of your home, the air quality where you live, and more all impact your HVAC system. The best practice is using visual indicators to determine when it needs changing by checking if light can pass through it. If you can’t see any light, it’s clogged and needs to be changed.

In-home air purifiers really do work. However, their value depends on what you're trying to achieve. Mechanical air filters other than those with true HEPA filtration aren't capable of removing bacteria and viruses from the air. However, many of them can reduce very fine particles, including pollen, a known allergen. On the other hand, UV light filters can remove harmful pathogens but can't remove particles.

While you can run your HVAC system without an air filter, it isn’t something professionals recommend—especially not for an extended period. It can reduce indoor air quality, clog air ducts, and strain your system. This can lead to performance issues, higher energy bills, costly repairs, and a reduction in the system's lifespan.
