When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. Found four windows that were not up to standard, which he said they would be happy to clean again. They cleaned them right away and charged me an additional $100 for them. When you are paying someone to do a window clean and upon inspection, prior to their departure, you find work that has not been completed to your satisfaction, you point it out, it gets addressed!
