Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. "Get a quote upfront. Upon their completion of the window cleaning, we walked around to ensure we were happy. Found four windows that were not up to standard, which he said they would be happy to clean again. They cleaned them right away and charged me an additional $100 for them. We have a caretaking business and if we dont get something right, we fix it at no additional charge. When you are paying someone to do a window clean and upon inspection, prior to their departure, you find work that has not been completed to your satisfaction, you point it out, it gets addressed! No extra charge should be levied for fixing work not to standard."
