Signature Design & ConstructionRobert was fantastic to work with. I'm so glad that I chose him. My master bathroom, closet, and bedroom remodel went very smoothly and I'm pleased with the results. I got 3 estimates and his was right in the middle. What differentiated him from the other contractors I contacted was that he was responsive and he was able to offer solid design advice. He also works with a custom cabinet maker who was able to build a beautiful custom vanity and mirror to my specifications. Robert was able to take my ideas and add very helpful suggestions and refinements. The outcome would not have been as good if I hadn't listened to his advice. Another important thing to mention is that Robert is dependable - if he says he will show up at 9am, he will be there. Lastly, Robert is a nice guy, and I'm happy that I got to know him. Sonoran Vista Homes IncWe are thrilled with our new bathroom, it's even better than we expected. We replaced a soaking tub with a shower and were able to retain the large window over the tub to be included inside the shower. A small wall was removed so previously unused area could be made into an additional clothes closet. They did lighting, plumbing, framing, tile and sheet rock. Everything was precise and professional and accommodated any changes we asked for. They even paid for carpet cleaning in the adjoining bedroom at the completion of the job. Paid about $15,000 total, an extremely fair price for what we got. Highly recommend this company.- Chad K.

We are thrilled with our new bathroom, it's even better than we expected. This is in addition to my previous review this is update on the work that was done by Mr. Terrazas and his crew. I waz forced to file a complaint with the ROC Board. As it turns out there were no permits pulled from my work either that were required from the county unfortunately nobody showed up when the ROC scheduled an inspection to review the work that had been done not one person not Mr. Terrazas, nor his Foreman. During the inspection there were many errors, not only with cosmetic details but structural as well such as the space between the wall and new window being filled with clear silicone because the wall was cut too much, It has been a huge NIGHTMARE working with this company. Update as of 3.4.2021: After the Registry of Contractors advised him of the several violations and incorrect work that needed to be remedied, Mr. Terrazas simply DID NOT COMPLY. He never contacted me after the findings to repair and replace. Mr. Terrazas has now had a formal legal complaint filed against him by the ROC board and is in danger of having his license suspended or revoked. Now, we are awaiting a court proceeding.
