"Very happy with all of the work performed. The quality of the work is high and entire scope of work was clearly explained from the beginning of the project. We would not hesitate to recommend Full Spectrum Contracting."
"The two to three month project took about three months longer than expected, during which time we were mostly w/o a place to cook, and the kitchen area was mostly unusable. The sorts of problems we encountered included: 1. Counter installed sloping toward back wall (and never corrected). 2. Counter top delivered with chip that had been "fixed" with the an epoxy that looked like chewing gum. The head installer blamed underlings who used the wrong product and after two months of asking & waiting, the problem was finally fixed. 3. Poor planning of installation of light fixtures, so we have a somewhat odd pattern of ceiling cans. 4. The sink was incorrectly installed, so it started to separate from its undermount. It took two tries over a couple of weeks to get it correctly installed. 5. Extractor hood installation was delayed due to an error in ordering. 6. The countertop style was not what we not what we originally selected, and Cook Remod was unable to provide any paperwork for the countertop purchase that might indicate where the mistake was made. 7. They twice tried to bill us for the installation of the water heater as additional work, but it was clearly identified in the original plan. In remodeling, one often gets into a game of assigning blame due to changes in plans. The major delay that was not directly the fault of Cook Remodeling was the discovery of plumbing leaks, which led us to have them re-pipe the house. I would estimate that work added a delay of one week. An underlying problem seems to be mediocre staff or subcontractors."
"Huge project. Easy to work with. Educated us during the process. Have used them several times & they will continue being our go-to contractor. Everything they do is done with excellence."

"There are two things that I look for in any vendor. The first is professional interactions and communications and the second is quality of work. George and the MagCor Construction team deserve top marks in both areas. I have been so impressed with George that I am just starting my 3rd project with him. I had a good idea of what I wanted for my first project, but certainly did not understand all the details and small decisions that needed to be done. George collaborated with me on my idea an walked me through options for all the decisions that needed to be made. He helped me avoid bad decisions and explained the trade offs between options He is also great at communicating through e-mail and text message as well as in person (something that seems hard to find). The project was completed on time, on budget and looks beautiful I am about to start at least one more project with MagCor Construction, and would recommend them to anyone. "
"Rick was very professional and knowledgeable, love the cabinets in the laundry room. It has added so much more storage. Would definitely hire him again and highly recommend."

When you think about Arts and Crafts-style homes, you probably think of a Craftsman house or a bungalow-style Craftsman. Craftsman is one of the major styles developed during the Arts and Crafts movement, but it checks most boxes. Craftsman houses have low-pitched roofs, exposed rafters, open floor plans, and stunning wood finish.
Yes, integrating sustainable practices and energy efficiency into plans is common.
Depending on what the blueprints are for, a qualified draftsperson, contractor, or architect can draw them up. In some cases, including specialty permitting for a build, you may be required to use a licensed architect.
In many cases, a blueprint drawn up by a certified professional is required before a city or municipality approves a permit.
