They added on 750 ft.² the back of my house, adding a room and opening up my kitchen on top of that they built it, beautiful porch along the backside of the house. They are very professional and Work well with their clients to achieve the vision that we went in front of them. "Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. ."

"Nick came over today to help clean up our yard since the county brush and bulky pick-up in this coming Monday. Nick did a great job and help cut down a large tree limb that was hanging over our sidewalk. We also had some tile work done in our bathroom. Since I use a wheelchair he greatly improved the entrance to the shower area with some mosaic tile. it was a very difficult area to work in and he did a great job. He was promptly on time and finished as promised.
