They stayed within their estimates and added any of our changes we requested and authorized so we always had a running cost total. Yes, the project cost grew because we saw and wanted changes. At completion there were no hidden surprises. They did all the work themselves-no subcontractors to blame. They even did the concrete finishing and staining and some landscaping."

"Jim was very responsive to my request for information and work started 30 days after initial discussions. The work involved in demolition of the shower and bathtub in the master bath and installation of a large shower with level floor entry (no raised threshold). Getting a zero entry shower involved removal of the slab to create the correct slope to the floor to assure water drainage. Granite counter tops, new sinks and faucets as well as additional lighting were installed in both bathrooms.
Work was continuous once commenced and the project was completed on time in two and a half weeks.
