This wasn’t my first phone call. My first phone call I was greeted by a nice and professional receptionist who made an appointment to get a free estimate. When Ivan called, the first question he asked me was what year my house was built when I explained I wanted old popcorn ceiling removed. I was very impressed since I had read homes built in the 80s were needing to be tested for asbestos prior to popcorn removal and we had that done already. Thankfully our home was asbestos free. The knowledge shown from the first sentence and I was sold! They were on time and finished the same day as we needed. The job was labor intensive and my appreciation and thanks to the two employees who worked hard and did an absolutely amazing job. I’m sorry I did not take any before and after photos. I will be using this company again!

We are so glad we had LPZ Drywall finish out our garage. The company we had originally hired was a no show. I got on Angie and found LPZ. Ivan was able to come out right away to do the bid and we got started the same day. Everything went like clockwork and the communication was very timely. His crew is terrific and did a great job! I hung 80 4x8 sheets of drywall myself, so my project was to mud/tape/texture the areas. 700sf addition 2 car garage around 3 windows inside the existing house. LPZ gave me a phone quote the day I put in the request. They started within a week and finished on the day promised. I got 3 quotes LPZ was in middle. Picked them based on price and schedule. Quote process was very informal, never got a paper or electronic copy which made me a little nervous something might change but Ivan the honored the price he quoted. Honest straight forward working relationship. He texted me arrival times and let me know if things changed. They protected the area and quality of work was great.

Great team and did a good job. Went beyond expectations. Only one issue that still needs attention - they are very busy and I'm hoping they come back soon. I would definitely use this company again!

Small project caused by water damage from a roof leak. LPZ Drywall did an excellent job repairing the ceiling.

I had a water spill in the attic that caused the ceiling to give way and dropped sheetrock wet insulation and water into the house. The damage was over a stair case and because of the height, very difficult to get to. LPZ had the correct scaffolding and other equipment to reach the damage and repair it as should be. Ivan and his crew not only did an exceptional job with the repair but cleaned up all the mess and left the area very clean. Ivan is very honest and easy to talk to. He and his crew receive my greatest appreciation and I highly recommend him and his crew for any drywall job.

Very talented at what they do, and very punctual with appointments. Ivan hires only the best of the best at their job and all are very nice and easy going. They left the work area spotless. The job turned out to be great and will recommend them and hire them again. We already talked about future projects. Good luck to them and thank you.

Ivan and his team are exceptional. Ivan's knowledge, integrity and professionalism diagnosed and repaired a significant problem that originated when our 5 year old house was built. Ivan is an excellent communicator and is committed to excellent customer service. He is also respectful and kind to the people who work with him. I was SO pleased to find Ivan and LPZ because I really like to work with small, family owned businesses. I shared this with them and I really thought everything was going to be great. Without going into all the detail, the bottom line is that for whatever reason, they did not come back as promised to finish the job, that is, to paint the dry wall that they completed. I contacted Ivan twice, and he always promised to get back to me, but he never did. I am left with a long, wide unfinished/unpainted stripes in my living room, master and guest bedrooms. Cannot recommend them which makes me very sad.

LPZ is a small outfit, with only 3 employees. I found them to be responsive to my request even though it was obvious to me they were trying to juggle my job with another job they were working on at the same time. This did lead to some issues since there are only three of them. That being said, a gentleman named Geraldo did my kitchen drywall repair, which he did a very good job on. He also did a good job fixing my ceiling that had water damage. The only negative to report from my experience was that the original estimate had to be updated, which significantly increased after a further review of the work needed to do the job. However, I considered the final price to be of fair value. I would recommend them based on the quality of work they performed but keep in mind the issues I described above.

Our experience was outstanding. LPZ promptly came out to evaluate the job, explain the scope of it, and give us a bid. When we accepted, they were able to begin work right away. The workers were meticulous and respectful of our property. They cleaned thoroughly each day and checked with us before leaving to let us know what to expect next. We are very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them without reservation.
