"This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.
They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.
They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed out that the patio roof needed sealing. The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"Fast service, came and gave quote after checking present tile roof. Installed 10 years ago and need some replacements, boots around vents not properly installed when built. They corrected that. Very reasonable price for the hard work. Otto installed replacements. He is Tough for Hot Hard Work. Once on roof saw more tile to replace- no extra charge. Excellent work. Very satisfied. Thanks."
