They came out and said my unit 11 years old was too old to repair and I needed a new unit at @$20,000. I called Mission and they came out right away. First off I told Chandler what they said and he said “your unit isn’t old and you should get at least 10 more years out of it.” Right then I knew Rite-way was jerking me around. Chandler opened up the unit and found a loose wire. He fixed the wire and the unit turned right on. - Rite Way Heating Cooling & PlumbingAfter numerous quotes and inspections , I decided to contract with Done Rite for a new HVAC system on my 114 year old house, which never had a central air conditioning system, only evaporative cooling. I was a bit nervous about drilling holes though plaster and lath ceilings to accommodate new vents and returns. From start to finish , these guys were amazing! This was not a cookie cutter project and they handled it with ease. Big shout out to Marcos and Brandon, etc., and to Jordan for taking the time to explain and suggest a superb system for my home. I also contracted for an electrical panel upgrade, which was also very labor intensive and multi pronged. Darren did an amazing job, wow! I honestly can't say enough nice things about Done Rite. I will be using them for all my electrical, plumbing needs in the future and recommending them to friends, some who have already used their services and quite pleased with the results. We called around to a few different places and had different estimates done. Scott was the only one that provided an all in estimate where the other places charged separately for every little thing. Once the crew started they moved swiftly in removing old tile that had been down for 30+ years, cabinets, soffit, and wall. (Completed in a single day). Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind.
