I received a cheerful return call from their administrator that afternoon and made arrangement to have someone come out the next morning. To my surprise, Matt Seals, one of their handymen, showed up the next morning and wanted to know what needed to be done. He gave us a very reasonable quote and immediately dove into the problem list ranging from plumbing and AC Compressor insulation to patching holes in walls left from wall hangings.
