There were scheduling issues. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 so I left work waiting for the technician. At 9:10 I called D&H and asked where the technician was. The dispatcher said that my appointment was in the afternoon. I explained that this was incorrect and that I had to leave work for this appointment. I ended up returning to work. I finally got an afternoon appointment but a lot of my time was wasted driving back and forth. Josh the Technician was fantastic while he serviced the A/C & Furnace. Very thorough and courteous. I would hire this man again.

I contacted D & H because i discovered my system was inoperable. Because the weather was mild, it didn't require an after hours emergency call. Nyle, the technician, arrived the next morning. The problem was a failure of the blower motor. Nyle went to pick up the part, however he had been given the wrong one. Because the parts department had closed, he was unable to exchange it until the following morning. In the interim he performed the winter maintenance. True to his word, he picked up the part needed when the business opened, and returned to install it. He also installed an air purification system. Nyle was conscientious in letting me know when he would arrive, and called me upon arrival so I could contain my dogs before he came to the door. He was very good in describing the problem and in going over what corrective actions he performed. Also, he explained how the new system operated. I've used D & H since 2011, and will continue to do so in the future.
