Carter's crew did a serious clean up in our enclosed back yard and pool area (we had hired them to do our front yard a few months before that). This time again they did a superb job: Carter works carefully with clients, really listening to what they want done and having his crew follow up by delivering on those specific instructions. "Amazing service and so helpful!&nbsp; <br /> We own a property in AZ and needed someone to take care of the overgrown landscaping after our tennants left.&nbsp;&nbsp; Hanz checked the property thoroughly and discovered the water timer was no longer operating correctly (some plants were being watered several hours a day), some emitters were not appropriate for the plants or clogged, and discovered that some valves had been shut off to parts of the landscaping. <br /> &nbsp; <br /> All plants were trimmed and the over-watered trees were thinned nicely.&nbsp; The yard was ery tidy when the job was completed, the sidewalks were covered with tarps while the drip-lines and emitters were replaced and all refuse was taken away.&nbsp; A new water timer was installed and programmed.&nbsp; <br /> The new drip-lines and emitters are guaranteed for one year. <br /> Hanz emailed photos of the process -&nbsp; before, during, and after. <br /> The best part - Hanz called to let me know that power to the house had been (mistakenly) turned off and then he gladly came back the next day to be sure the new water timer was working correctly once the power had been turned back on.&nbsp; He also mailed me a copy of the the operating instructions for the timer. <br /> My experience with Guaranteed Landscaping was amazing! <br />show more
