I've been using them for about 20 years now and they were very good and very reasonable with the pricing.

When we are getting started, they came to my office because my business is a property management company and they are looking for work so I was able to know him and hire them for my house projects. They were professional and always on time, a great company.

They overcharged. They charged 12 hours of labor to put 4 coolers in operation from winter to summer. They charged me way, way too much. It was 12 hours of labor, 3 men for 4 hours to fix 4 coolers is absolutely ridiculous. I know that because when I was younger, I used to do that work myself and it certainly didn't take me that much time. They used the wrong parts, the size of the pad that they put in. They were too lazy to go get the right pad so they put pads that were too small. One of the coolers subsequently froze on me because the belt had never been adjusted, and because the bearings on the blower had not been oiled. Basically, I got totally taken by these people which was a shame because I had been using them for other A/C work at my house, and the worker was perfect. Apparently, the owner of the company is not willing to look at the situation. He just dismisses things and he's happy. They are no longer working for me under any capacity and I have written an evaluation on Yelp and anybody that asked me about them gets that story. I highly recommend against using them. They are greedy and dishonest.

They were very polite, they were very professional.  They got the job done quick, very efficient.  They cleaned up after themselves, and were just generally pleasant.  Everything has been working beautifully.  They contacted me promptly, and were always on time.
Called and followed up.

This company is first-rate and very professional. They keep their appointments and do an excellent job once they arrive. They are extremely responsive to customers' needs and spend a lot of time explaining what they will be doing. I never feel they are giving me the and quot;hard selland quot; on products, yet they seem to be up on all the latest technology regarding HVAC. I feel fortunate to have found them after a recent move to Tucson. Highly recommended.

They got our swamp cooler and a/c up and running for the summer and prepared the heater for summer.

We have used Emmco at both our home and office for over a year now. While other companies told us our AC was history, this company helped us find a (temporary) solution that fit our budget. They are honest, quick to respond, and easy to work with. We will continue to use them.

The completed work left a lot to be desired. Gapping holes were left in the walls in two rooms. Never completed the work they were paid to do. Part of the fault was my own by not completely doing a thourough inspection of the work before they were paid.

Their pricing was very reasonable, and the quality was excellent. Their customer service was superb. I would absolutely use Emmco again.

We use them twice a year. Sometimes we do a maintenance check and sometimes it is something to do with the system. They are all excellent and they are very professional. They are always on time and their prices are very reasonable. I call them when I want and they have been terrific. I wouldn't use anybody else.

There were very nice to work with, and were flexible with their price. They also came out in a timely manner and I would recommend them for the work that they do. Their prices are also fairly reasonable and they are good with returning your phone call.

Very happy with service overall from the estimate to final installation.

Compared EMMCo with 4 other companies. They beat out the competition in the departments of information given, can do attitude with wacky schedules in the family, affordability, and promptness. They worked efficiently as a team, cleaned up after themselves, repaired damage caused by previous shoddy workmanship by someone else and were overall a great company to have in our home. In addition dealing with their office was a pleasant experience too.

Emmco is a little bit expensive but, when they say they are going to be there, they come right up. Where we live that is very important, we need our air conditioner. I highly recommend them.
