"Excellent. Extremely neat. The connection between the dryer and the duct work was crushed. it was similar to a tin can that you had stepped on. He replaced it at no extra charge. I had never paid attention to this part. He was on time. We have cats, and he asked if we wanted to cage them so they would not go out the door since he had to go in and out of the house several times. We will use them again for others services such as cleaning rugs.show more

"In January, I came home to fifteen feet wide of water flowing out of my garage. As I ran into the house I was shocked to see several inches of water on the floor of my kitchen and laundry room. The water was pouring all over my new cabinets, soaking the walls, ceiling and flowing into the garage. I was devastated to see my newly remodeled home in such disarray. I called the insurance company and they suggested I call one of their ?preferred? restoration companies. I didn?t even think that I could choose who came to my house since they were paying for it so I setup the appointment which wasn?t until the next evening. I couldn?t believe I had to wait a whole day to start the cleanup. About an hour later I called a friend who explained to me that I could choose who I want to come and do the cleanup. He gave me the number of Dustin at Advanced Drying. I called Dustin and he said he could be over to assess the damage that evening. Less than a few hours later he showed up and got started. He was very detailed oriented. He went over everything with us so we would understand what the cleanup would entail. He assured us that the cleanup part would be painless. The next day his crew showed up ready to demo. They put down plastic covers to protect the floors and cleaned up every inch of garbage and dust. They were very courteous and kind to my husband and I, our children, and our animals. They took care of everything and made it very comfortable for us. <br /> <br /> I hope I never have another flood but if I did, I would definitely use Advanced Drying again. They are the best in the business and customer service is their number one priority. Carter's crew did a serious clean up in our enclosed back yard and pool area (we had hired them to do our front yard a few months before that). This time again they did a superb job: Carter works carefully with clients, really listening to what they want done and having his crew follow up by delivering on those specific instructions. "My husband and I have used Brooksaire/Bill Brooks for several years for all of our servicing needs for our heating &amp; air, as well as water heater maintenance. We are always happy with the service we receive from Brooksaire ~ he is always prompt and reasonable. The reason for my review, we recently had them install a new A/C unit and Bill did a lot of research to come up with the right unit for our house. "It was determined that a cleaning was not needed. Technician suggested that a chimney cap would help protect the chimney from possible damage in the future. Technician took measurements, check and said it would take two weeks. After four weeks I contacted the company and was told that the order 'had slipped through the cracks' and that they would correct and order. They would then come and install it. Kept looking at the roof and did not see evidence of anything done until recently. I am not sure of the actual date of installation.show more

"Plumber arrived within two hours of my call on a Saturday morning. First thing he did was shut off the main water line at the meter and install a temporary service line. "To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump &amp; air handler in our home. At every step they were professional &amp; responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadn't thought of. The work was done on-time, everything was clean and neat and they checked in at many steps in the process to ensure we were happy and understood what was going on. "I called Baker's Mobile Aire because my AC, which is only 5yrs old, was not cooling. While I was talking to the office, they said a Tech had just finished another job and could be here in 20 minutes. All other companies I called were 2-3 days. James came and immediately knew what the problem was. I needed 5 pounds of coolant added to my system($475 + service call fee of $95). I was glad he fixed my unit and had him add a dye($250) to see if I had a leak. The follow-up appointment for the dye check was three weeks later. There were NO leaks found. The reason for dye was that three weeks prior to my AC not cooling, I had another company(Alaskan) come out and do a maintenance check. All they wanted to do was sell me a service contract and mentioned nothing about my AC refrigerant being low, but that my AC coils needed cleaning. According to James, my coils were fine. So, I highly recommend Baker's Mobile Aire.show more
