We scheduled an appointment, but the assigned individual under Neil Kumar did not show up. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, Neil Kumar responded with baseless assumptions and accusatory remarks directed at us as the customer. One such accusation was that we were trying to impose a time limit on the work which we never did. We simply scheduled an appointment and expected the person assigned to arrive as agreed. Unfortunately, that did not happen. What made the situation even more troubling were the unrelated and inappropriate racial comments made during the exchange, which came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and racially insensitive. As someone of Indian ethnicity myself, I found the experience especially disappointing and unacceptable. We will not be doing business with this company again.

We needed weatherstripping on a garage door and front door replaced. Also had a light fixture replaced. Everything was done professionally. Would not hesitate to hire HomeWorkz again!

I have a 50year old dresser unit that needed a lot of work. Neil provided a plan for the refurbishment and the finished product came out just as I expected.

Neil did many upgrades and fixes to my home, including electrical work. He was super honest, and helpful and went above and beyond the scope of the work. Quick to respond also. He also noted other areas of improvement in terms of the safety of my home that I had overlooked and should consider. His rates were very reasonable and he is my go-to handyman and electrician.
