Five star Bath was a great experience. The installers were prompt, polite and highly skilled. Our shower is beautiful with a seat and grab bars for safety. I highly recommend Five Star bath and would hire them again.

I had a very positive (5 STAR) experience the whole way. Terry and Joe were wonderful guiding me through the initial process of figuring out what was needed and making sure that I was 100% on board with my choices. Josh and Josue Sr. did the physical install and they were informative and very professional and CLEAN! They made sure that everything was covered for the project and before they left for the day, the house was back to the way it was when they entered. This was the first big job that I’ve ever taken on, and I was nervous. But from the first appointment through the finished product, my nerves were settled and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I love my walk in shower, new sinks and toilets!

We are the original owners of a 30-year-old house, with a shower tub combination. This item was redesigned and looks really nice as a shower only. The work was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. The job cost was about $12k less than two other bidders. We recommend this contractor.

I wish I could give 6 stars! A+++ 1) They stayed in communication from initial request to final completion. 2) They were CLEAN! The first thing they did every day was put down tarps on the path they were walking through the house. They even put up plastic to protect the light fixture on the wall in the bathroom! When they were done on the final day, not a spot of construction dust to be seen anywhere. 3) Fast turnaround. My father-in-law needed a walk-in shower with safety bars after his time in the hospital. They completed it on the day they said it would be done, even with the unexpected power outage in our neighborhood that lasted hours. Since this was during the stage of breaking out the existing concrete, they had to work longer and harder with those battery tools. But they did it without hesitation. 4) The final project looks exactly as was shown on the tablet during the initial discussion about the work request.

This company is top notch. They explained the project to me in a timely manner and were not high pressure. Their price was excellent for the work performed. They even added a couple of extras to my project that I wanted done at a reasonable price. They stayed in contact with me through the entire procedure and installed my shower in a day-and-a-half. They were courteous while in my home and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. My new shower exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a bathroom remodel.
