Our carpet cleaning is done by a truck mounted hot water extraction unit with the ability to clean at 230 degrees. Higher heat means cleaner carpets. Most germs perish at 100 degrees c or 212 degree f. A large number of truck mount carpet cleaners can only produce 170 degree f water. Bradley carpet cleaning also utilizes a tool called a rotovac on most jobs. (Berbers and commercial carpets are done with a wand). The rotovac does additional agitation which tremendously adds to our ability to clean deep ground in soil and traffic areas. When your house is being cleaned, you will always have the owner working for you. No scary subs will be in your home. We clean carpets, both residential and commercial.
