"The Ceramic Tile/Grout Repair Project went GREAT! Repairs, Cleaned and Refinished given the aging tile as best they could on 27-year-old time and bathrooms. My options were a complete tear-out, Repair/Cleanup/Subtle Restoration. I chose the latter for in attempting to update an older house it will take all your money to update and not move the resale price. So I AM VERY SATISFIED and PLEASED with the work performed by GroutLines USA, LLC. The bathing facilities are now watertight, functional, and looking ten years or so younger. I found working with Ron and Connie at GroutLines USA to be easy and on point. They are very professional, congenial, and care about the level/quality of work performed. Ron goes the extra mile and points out small things in a project that get overlooked that a customer may never recognize that will save you big repair bills down the road. "Wonderful experience from start of process to end of project. They removed all my tile in kitchen ,entry way, laundry room and carpets in all areas except bedrooms. Laminate flooring and baseboards was replaced throughout the installers were on time and worked very hard to finish the job in 2 1/2 days. They also cleaned up every day after they left. No complaint here the flooring looks great. I would recommend this company a little bit pricey than other quotes I received but it was worth not having any headaches. I am glad I chose them. Brooke the sales representative is very knowledgeable of the products and service. This indeed was a wonderful seamless experience."

Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. "John called the morning of with ETA and arrived on time. The tile had not been sealed in a long time (I am busy) and my wife cooks great, but it realy dirtied the tile by the stove. Martin's All Floors brought my floor to new. I couldn't believe how much dirt was in the floor. They even painted the groute and sealed after the cleaning. This was a couple of months ago and I still look at the floors every day and saw "wow, this is a beautiful floor"! I will always call on Martin's to keep my floors looking new. Actually asked John to just keep me in a floor maintenance schedule from now on! Martin's also does my office carpet as well. Gets the grime from our technicians boots right out. "We chose 2nd Generation Flooring based on reviews which is why I think it's so important for me to provide this one. I also think it's very important to note that the "negative" reviews are from people who have never actually worked with 2nd Generation Tile ... AND that the owner, Mike, responded to each of them which speaks to his professionalism and work ethic. We purchased a 2200sf home knowing that we would tear out every square inch of the existing tile, laminate, carpet and tiny baseboards. Mike was extremely responsive, patient and personable throughout the quoting process. Knowing that we wanted to get into the house as soon as possible, Mike had Ted start the work almost immediately after we received the keys. As a one-man crew, the project took 4 weeks which is exactly what they estimated. After the flooring was completed, we also added a kitchen backsplash to the scope of work. Throughout the process, Mike and Ted communicated well with us, provided their professional opinion when it came to grout color and finish pieces, picked up the tile we ordered (saving us the cost of shipping) and were flexible with our other contractor's (painters) scheduling."

"Everything went FANTASTIC. The workers are truly artists. Our floor was 20 x 20 tile laid diagonally. Looks absolutely beautiful - much better than I could imagine. Entire home was tiled except for the master bedroom. New molding was also put down. That also looks fantastic. Shower, toilet, flooring and tub ripped out and replaced."
