Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Provided by Consumer)
FCI did an excellent job. Jason was very thorough in his explanation of the job and his estimate. They made it very convenient for us by taking our flooring to Finished Edge and ordering that for us and also picking up our flooring from the flooring company without charging us. We liked that Jason was involved in the project the whole time. He checked in every day to see how the project was going and acted as a project manager. When the installers found out that our floor needed leveling Jason called and sent my husband and I pictures of the floor and came over and showed me what needed to be done rather than just charging me. The installation crew was also polite and worked hard and steady the whole time from about 8-6 every day. Overall we were very impressed with the whole process and our floor turned out beautiful.

I couldn't have asked for better people to hire to get the job done. Not only does the work look absolutely great, but they did it in a quick, timely manner. I will be contacting them again to do more work in the future. Trust me, I'm picky person, so if I like them, they did a good job.

The floors are amazing and we are so happy! However it was scheduled to be a 3-4 day job which turned into a few weeks due to promising to have it done without all the proper materials in stock. We had to wait with unfinished project. Also, the movers did damage a few of our walls… however one of the workers, Cameron was awesome! He came back to help fill in and paint over the dents/holes in the walls. We did appreciate that!

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Wonderful experience from start of process to end of project. They removed all my tile in kitchen ,entry way, laundry room and carpets in all areas except bedrooms. Laminate flooring and baseboards was replaced throughout the installers were on time and worked very hard to finish the job in 2 1/2 days. They also cleaned up every day after they left. No complaint here the flooring looks great. I would recommend this company a little bit pricey than other quotes I received but it was worth not having any headaches. I am glad I chose them. Brooke the sales representative is very knowledgeable of the products and service. This indeed was a wonderful seamless experience.
