"It went really well initially. Process was smooth, and there was no need to babysit the company. They are much more expensive than other quotes I received, though. It took them 10 months to come repair one broken tile that broke on installation...4 phone calls later, no response. My husband posted a poor review of them on Google, and they were out the next day. "I called American Discount Plumbing to install a under the sink garbage disposal for me in the kitchen.I called Pavel on Monday and he came over to assess the situation and got an idea of what he had to get in materials etc and he came over Tuesday morning and did my job.A matter of fact he called me and asked me if he could come over a little early and that was really helpful!He got started promptly and took out all the old plumbing and had to install all new plumbing because my plumbing wasn't set up for a garbage disposal.He got it all in and checked for leaks and made sure everything was working properly. He even put in a new drain on the other side for no extra charge! He put all of his garbage in a plastic bag and cleaned up after himself.I have not one negative comment about the quality of service i got.Pavel is a quality oriented professional and he's great on the price too! He's the only plumber i have in my phone book.
