"It went really well initially. Process was smooth, and there was no need to babysit the company. They are much more expensive than other quotes I received, though. I chose to go with them because I thought the increase in price would mean no issues. I was wrong. It took them 10 months to come repair one broken tile that broke on installation...4 phone calls later, no response. My husband posted a poor review of them on Google, and they were out the next day. I am saddened that it took a poor review to encourage this company to fix something 10 months after the fact."

He quickly found the leaking garbage disposal, he educated me on why these units develop leaks, what little we could do about it, and what were reasonable expectation of how long they will last. He also gave me an education on the available options including cost and both pros and cons of various replacements. Once We made our decision, he did a very professional job installing the unit. (Yes you can spend a lot more money to get a unit that lasts longer.) I was comfortable with my purchase, confident of the install and will recommend Al to anyone looking for a plumber."

"I called American Discount Plumbing to install a under the sink garbage disposal for me in the kitchen.I called Pavel on Monday and he came over to assess the situation and got an idea of what he had to get in materials etc and he came over Tuesday morning and did my job.A matter of fact he called me and asked me if he could come over a little early and that was really helpful!He got started promptly and took out all the old plumbing and had to install all new plumbing because my plumbing wasn't set up for a garbage disposal.He got it all in and checked for leaks and made sure everything was working properly. He even put in a new drain on the other side for no extra charge! He put all of his garbage in a plastic bag and cleaned up after himself.I have not one negative comment about the quality of service i got.Pavel is a quality oriented professional and he's great on the price too! After looking over the work they let me know that, while they would be happy to do the work, it would be less expensive for me use their subcontractor instead (which is who they would be using anyway for this job).
