"If you want a company that promises and does not deliver then this is the one you want. If I could leave zero stars I would. We signed our contract Aug 28,2019 with promises of starting our dig Oct 1st since we closed on our house sept 27. The dig started Oct 9 and the promise was 6-8 weeks from dig to complete which put us on target for approx Thanksgiving. Well as of today Jan 19,2020 we still are not even close to completion. Nov 27th email of tracy promised block work to start which again was promised on dec 31st email, not only to start but to complete the block work, again on Jan 2, Jan 8, and again 2 days ago. Wish I could add a pic here, which would prove that not only has none of that happened, but our pool which has no peebletech yet looks like a garbage dump from contractors throwing things in the pool on the shotcrete, and the sunken area block work has only about 1/3 of the footers poured and a huge dirt hole with no block. Our home foundation is still exposed and shocking no workers today so obviously for the 5th time of broken promises- no completion. That is the tip of the iceberg lets not even talk about the 4 times the gas line workers were out here laying pipes then taking out and putting back because plans did not match permits but had to redo them to match the contract after correcting the permit. The contract workers for the block work admitted to my husband they have never done anything like this before and states his plans were wrong, and he could not reach the supervisor for clarification, so he has been trying to figure it out on his own. So between the permits, plans, lack of knowledge and rain I GUESS NONE OF THIS IS THE POOL COMPANIES FAULT THAT THIS IS CURRENTLY 4 MONTHS IN AND WE ARE NOWHERE CLOSE TO FINISHING but they sure did collect approx $40,000 of our money so far. At this point we have given up hope of finishing this by spring as we have lost all confidence in this company at this point."

"SAVE YOURSELF THE UGLY MISERY! Schedule changes constantly, no notification, weeks without seeing someone. Then subs show up without notice, just knock on the door. At one point we went for three weeks with no show for next steps. And it was not due to weather or an act of God. The most horrible experience we have ever had with a business. Their subs for the most part were good when they finally showed up. Estimated completion time 04/30/25, finally completed 06/19/25 when the landscaper came to repair the turf that the plumber had destroyed. My looming fear now is what if it leaks, or needs anything that would be under warranty, will they even show up? This project caused us so much stress, almost sickening!"

"Job was completed November 2020. Notified them June 14, 2021 joint they put in was leaking. Reply was past warranty! A leak at a joint they put in and it’s past warranty! It’s now July 12, 2021 and still no effort to fix the shoddy work they did. In addition Clay tried to bill me twice! Stay away from them!"

"**Complaint Summary:** Poor Quality Work and Unresponsive Service from Arrowhead Deck and Pools - DO NOT DO BUSINESS with THIS COMPANY! **Complaint Details:** We hired Arrowhead Deck and Pools to resurface our kool deck for over $9,500, expecting a high-quality, long-lasting result. However, within months, a large chunk of concrete was missing, and cracks appeared all over the deck. When we finally got a response after over seven months, their "fix" was to fill the cracks with caulk and paint over them, leaving the deck looking old and patchy. Additionally, our calls to owner John Trice have gone unanswered, and we have been unable to properly communicate with their contractor due to a language barrier. This company uses contractors whom do not speak English so beware! The promised project manager was only present once to collect payment. Furthermore, the drainage issues we were assured would be resolved with wider and additional drains have not been fixed, as water still pools on the deck. Every time we look at our deck we are disappointed makes us sick that we spent this much money on a horrible deck that has all sorts of issues. Horrible customer service! Save yourself lots of headaches do not use Arrowhead Deck & Pools!! Our experience with Arrowhead Deck and Pools has been extremely disappointing, and we urge others to avoid using their services."

"I wish they had given us a bit more information when asking where we wanted the gate and how that effects the placement of the double connecting poles, We wound up having a set of connecting poles right in the middle of our greatroom picture window which was not acceptable. It cost an additional $800 to change the layout of the fence to move the double poles out of view from the greatroom. I little more time explaining the layout based on our gate location choice and we would have selected a different location for the gate. The $1700 project turned out to be $2500."
